Our Story
It all began with a group of Commercially trained Realtors® in the small resort city of Coeur d’ Alene Idaho. This group know an RE/MAX COMMERCIAL by the Lake, noticed that smaller owner managed hotels and motels were being limited by conventional marketing strategies. Typically, the independently owned and operated motel/hotel have been listed by a local agent and marketed like a local residence or business would. RE/MAX COMMERCIAL by the lake, decided to create a marketing platform that would allow hotels or motels of any size to compete on a much larger scale beyond a local MLS market. As we all know, buyers often come from outside the local area. As a result, we created the ultimate website/brokerage for all hotels and motels, that is not only a marketing platform, but also a useful tool for real estate investors during all phases of their transactions.
